Before the first line of code was written, we tested several of the programs already on the market. The conclusion was the same every time: hard to use, far from intuitive, built around what is easy to code rather than around what happens during a visit.
Tricho-Assist was built in a trichology clinic and is developed together with the trichologists who work in it. The initial case history form and the badania.pl integration came from users, not from a whiteboard.
