An open architecture and our own API

A trichology clinic does not run on a single device and a single piece of software. That is why Tricho-Assist has its own API and is built so that adding another integration is a change of configuration rather than a rebuild of the system.

01 / Where we are today

Integrations already running in clinics

badania.pl

Lab test panels chosen and sent to the patient straight from the assessment record, together with the recommendations.

Google Calendar

Appointments booked in Tricho-Assist appear in the calendar the clinic uses day to day. Synchronisation works both ways.

Trichoscopy cameras

The camera is handled directly in the assessment window: choose the device, preview it full screen, save the frame to the patient record.

Text messages

Recommendations and appointment reminders go out by text through the SMSAPI.PL gateway, from the assessment or from the calendar.

02 / Artificial intelligence

OpenAI models built into the system

Support from artificial intelligence is part of the system, not a separate tool you have to paste data from the patient record into. It works where the trichologist works: in the assessment window and in the documentation.

We agree the scope of that support with our community of users. What decides the value of a tool in trichology is day-to-day work in the clinic, so new features come from what specialists ask for, not from a list of ideas drawn up away from the chair.

The specialist makes the clinical decision

03 / Device makers

A good device deserves good software

Trichoscopy cameras on the market can be excellent in optics and ergonomics, while the software supplied with them can undermine their usefulness. That is exactly the gap where working together makes sense: your hardware and our trichology software.

For the user, an integration means the image from the device goes straight into the patient record - with no interim folders on disk, no naming files by hand and no hunting for a photograph taken six months ago. For the manufacturer it means a product that, once connected, comes with full patient records, an archive and visit comparison.

We are open to talking about integration

Patient records
A history of visits, images, assessments and recommendations, plus the archive.
Working with assessments
Collecting data, comparing assessments, ordering lab tests.
Case history forms
Standard case histories and custom ones the specialist defines.
Communication
Internal notifications, email and text messages, and data exchange between trichologists.
Works on any system
Windows, macOS and Linux - the application runs in a browser.
04 / Where we work together

Who we talk to, and about what

Laboratories and diagnostics
Test panels ordered from the assessment record, with results coming back into the patient record. The pattern already works with one partner, so the next one is a matter of mapping data, not of building a new feature.
Device manufacturers
Trichoscopy cameras and other diagnostic devices whose image or reading should reach the patient record with nothing in between.
Brands and distributors
Products and treatments that appear in the recommendations a specialist issues. We talk about integrating data, not about advertising inside medical documentation.
Clinic groups
Several specialists working on one shared database, case referrals between them and shared statistics. A reception role is the next stage in the system’s development.
Universities and schools
Teaching rollouts run on a separate track - the one set out on the Education page.

The technical side

The API, the scope of the data, the method of authentication and the schedule of work - a conversation directly with the person responsible for running the platform.
